Dessiree Troncoso, MBA Principal – Acquisitions & Asset Manager
Ms. Troncoso has been actively involved in real estate investments since 2011. She has experience in auditing, marketing, and market research. She holds a bachelors from the University of South Florida and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. The Acquisition team is responsible for all presale activities leading up to the purchase of the property including:
- Identifying, analyzing, and marketing to markets of interest.
- Finding prospective properties within those markets through field research and/or through the company’s network of lenders, investors, contractors, and professionals.
- Analyzing and verifying the financial and historical information provided by sellers.
- Handling Negotiations and Creating the initial offer and letter of intent.
Denny Troncoso, MSRE Principal - Investor Relations & Asset Manager
Mr. Troncoso is a seasoned investor with over 10 years of real estate experience. His experience includes identifying, negotiating, researching, financing, renovating, managing, and selling residential and commercial properties. He has had extensive experience in property renovation, property management and acquisition analysis. He holds a bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has held in the past both a mortgage and series 6 investment licenses working with mutual funds, IRAs, 401ks, and other retirement plans. He also has worked with conventional funding sources for purchases along with using creative options for obtaining properties such as:
